Floor Skills - Gymnastics
Floor gymnastics is all about learning and developing a wide range of skills, from forward rolls, cartwheels and handstands to walkovers, handsprings and somersaults.
We use a variety of equipment, including trampolines and mats, alongside drills and skill progressions to build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. Every child works at their own level, progressing at their own pace while working towards new skills and personal goals.
With opportunities to progress into advanced classes, there's always a new challenge to aim for!

Our parties are 2 hours, 1.5 hour of activity followed by 30 minutes food provided by yourself.
£200 up to 20 children.
£250 for up to 30 children.
£300 for up to 40 children.
The number of children and timing can be increased but this will affect the price, please email bethan@gymforce.co.uk for more details.
Cheerleading Classes
Pixies Cheer, Cheerleading Team based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, was founded in September 2007.
We have our own dedicated cheerleading facility, home to our Recreational, All-Star and International cheerleading teams. With classes suitable for ages 3+, including National and European Champion teams, international teams, and an incredible team of coaching staff and a leadership program that is available for all our athletes.
It is the aim of Pixies Cheer to help all our athletes to achieve their full potential, within our family fun orientated training sessions. We strive to teach strong technique in all areas of the sport.
Baby Classes
Ages 6 months- 4 years
A great social opportunity for parents and their children. Classes are un-programmed. We are a multi sports and soft play facility to get babies and toddlers into physical activities at an early age.

£5 for booked online sessions
£6.50 on the day for non-members
1-2-1 Private sessions
We offer 1-2-1 private sessions. This is an intense session with a coach for a required skill. Helps build confidence for those who struggle with larger groups.
