Tumbling & Trampolining

Tumbling is the floor of gymnastics; no equipment, just tumbles. Everything from forward rolls, to walkovers and even somersaults. It involves using a lot of drills and progression towards each skill, making sure it is safe on the mats before putting it on the floor. Every child works at their own level, so there is no waiting around for others to catch up. With an advanced class to aim for they push themselves and work hard on their desired skill.

Trampolining is done on a full Olympic sized trampoline with plenty of matting. It’s great for the body's core, and spatial awareness is a key part. . We use jumps, seat landings, front landings and back landings to create harder skills and routines. Learning how to do forward and backward rotations safely and properly will put your mind at ease. 

Cheerleading Classes

Pixies Cheer, Cheerleading Team based in Hazel Grove, Stockport, was founded in September 2007.

We have our own dedicated cheerleading facility, home to our Recreational, All-Star and International cheerleading teams. With classes suitable for ages 3+, including National and European Champion teams, international teams, and an incredible team of coaching staff and a leadership program that is available for all our athletes.
It is the aim of Pixies Cheer to help all our athletes to achieve their full potential, within our family fun orientated training sessions. We strive to teach strong technique in all areas of the sport.

1-2-1 Private sessions

We offer 1-2-1 private sessions. This is an intense session with a coach for a required skill. Helps build confidence for those who struggle with larger groups.
